What we do

I use the approach developed in my CUSTOMER 1st program with you: after a thorough analysis of your specific and unique problematic, I develop a tailor-made sales and/or management action plan. This plan usually covers the following topics:

  • Enhancing your operational efficiency: sales budgeting & reporting, assortment and stock management, sales environment and store image
  • Training your sales force with the CUSTOMER 1st program, and exploit their full potential in face-to-face or remote interactions with their customers
  • Training and coaching your managers so they become better organized, more assertive and better communicators
